  • Prohibited from redistributing the source code as a boilerplate or direct competitor
  • Client work requires a separate license purchased for that client; your personal license does not transfer

7. Intellectual Property

Apart from the license granted to the user, FluxKit retains all rights to its proprietary source code.

Restrictions:

  • Prohibited from redistributing the boilerplate
  • Prohibited from creating direct competing products
  • Prohibited from using a personal license to deliver a client project without a client license

8. Limitation of Liability

Caps & Limits:

  • FluxKit's liability is capped at the amount paid by the customer.

Exclusions:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profits

9. Termination

Conditions for termination:

  • Violation of these terms of use

Consequences: Immediate suspension of the license and access to updates.

10. Modifications
